As Greenpoint’s first Black-owned cosmetic beauty studio, The Beauty Compound is redefining modern beauty through expert technique, thoughtful customization, and a commitment to community. Specializing in bespoke brow artistry, results-driven skincare, and advanced permanent makeup—including brows, lip blush, eyeliner, and freckles—each service is thoughtfully tailored to enhance your natural features and deliver refined, confidence-enhancing results. LOCATION 67 West St., Unit 425 4th Floor Brooklyn, NY GETTING TO THE STUDIO There are three ways to reach the studio: Indoor Elevator Upon entering the building, take the elevators on the right to the 4th floor. Exit the elevator to the right, then make a right followed by a left. At the sink, make a right and continue down the hall. Make a left, then take the second left. Continue to the end of the hall and push through the exit door—you’ve arrived. Courtyard Elevator Walk past the security desk and continue straight through the double doors into the courtyard. Take the outdoor elevator on the right to the 4th floor. Exit the elevator and continue down the hall. Make a left, followed by the next left, and continue to the door at the end of the hall. Push through the door to access the studio. Courtyard Stairs Walk past the security desk and continue straight through the double doors into the courtyard. Take the outdoor stairs up to the 4th level (three staircases). The studio is located directly on the patio.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that things happen and schedules may need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, including same-day cancellations, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). An appointment is considered a no-show when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and has not provided notice prior to the appointment time. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when the required cancellation notice is not provided. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment following a late cancellation or no-show, regardless of circumstance, including illness. Permanent Makeup Appointments Permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. One reschedule is permitted for permanent makeup appointments when proper notice is provided. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit to secure the appointment. By booking an appointment with The Beauty Compound, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and no-show policies.
